Digital products
Because digital products are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable. If a file is faulty or you did not receive it, email us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you.
Courses and community
Refund terms for courses and paid communities are stated on their sales page at the time of purchase.
